Salary: €40,200 per year (full-time equivalent €67,000)

The role

The Coach Trainer & Mentor will play a key role in delivering our accredited coach training and mentoring programmes. They will also develop new courses, improve our existing curriculum, and contribute to coaching-related content on our website and learning platform.

This position is ideal for an ICF PCC-credentialed coach with experience in team coaching who is also a confident facilitator. You will deliver live classes, work with coaches in a 1:1 setting, provide developmental feedback, and support coaches’ professional growth. You will contribute to the development of our Team Coaching Certification, which you will co-facilitate. You will also help improve the way we work as a team and organisation.

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re passionate about helping other coaches to grow and become great at what they do. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and is committed to set high standards of coaching practice for themselves and others.

This is a remote role based in the Republic of Ireland, with a commitment of 24 hours per week across three days. It is a fixed-term to start with (until December 17th, 2026), with the possibility of renewal or transition to a permanent role depending on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate live classes of our ICF-accredited Level 1 coach training.
  • Contribute to the development of our Team Coaching Certification programme, including research, curriculum development, writing handbooks, and creating teaching resources.
  • Co-facilitate the classes of the Team Coaching Certification programme.
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging training in line with our quality standards.
  • Facilitate group and individual mentor coaching sessions.
  • Offer developmental feedback to coaches based on ICF competencies.
  • Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 final performance evaluations.
  • Make improvements to our existing curriculum and training delivery.
  • Write coaching-related articles for our blog.
  • Create webinars for aspiring coaches and prospective students.
  • Develop learning materials for our platform.
  • Attend team meetings and 1:1s.
  • Suggest improvements to our systems and learner experience.
  • Support occasional admin.

Work schedule

  • Hours: 24 hours/week over 3 days (Tue–Wed–Thu).
  • Shift: 8:30am to 5:30pm (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch break).
  • Weekends: you may be asked to facilitate a weekend cohort per year (6 to 7 full-day Saturdays).

Qualifications & experience

  • ICF PCC Credential in good standing (required)
  • Proven experience/qualification as a Team Coach
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional coach
  • Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating training and workshops
  • Strong understanding of ICF Core Competencies and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
