This will be an interactive online event where you’ll have the opportunity to not only get insights on how the Institute can help you become a coach, but also ask questions about what it is like to work as a professional coach.
Micro-certifications
The Institute also supports the professional development of qualified coaches who completed their initial coach training and those who already hold a credential.
We currently offer two micro-certifications on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Transactional Analysis. Those two-day programmes will enable you to develop your coaching skills further.
Mentor Coaching & Supervision
If you are looking into ICF Mentor Coaching to apply for or renew your ICF ACC or PCC credential, we have Mentor Coaching groups starting every quarter.
Another way to develop your awareness as a coach is to work with a coaching supervisor. Supervision is a collaborative dialogue that allows you to better understand yourself, your clients, your own system, and your clients’ system, and how they all influence each other in the coaching process.
