MORE ABOUT THE MICRO-CERTIFICATION

The course is delivered in English.

This micro-certification is for qualified and experienced coaches who already have a solid foundation of coaching practice.

It is for coaches who have either:

  • Received an ICF or EMCC credential,
  • Completed a minimum of 60+ hours of coaching education,
  • Or have extensive coaching experience (3+ years).

The training covers the foundation of Group Coaching and everything a coach needs to know to confidently design and deliver an effective group coaching programme.

The trainer will share a few slides at a time to explain a group theory or a skill that applies to coaching. The group will then have the opportunity to discuss the topic.

The course is highly interactive and practical. You will be able to create your own programme within the classes and to practice a group coaching session with other participants.

Yes. This micro-certification will enable you to claim 13 hours of continuing professional development.

We have applied for the course to be approved by the ICF in order to deliver CCE credits.

The focus of this micro-certification is solely on Group coaching. We do not talk about how to coach teams within an organisation.
