
Marion is an experienced ICF PCC-credentialed coach, mentor coach and coaching supervisor. She has a keen interest in coaching psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based models. Prior to becoming a professional coach and trainer, she worked for 7 years in the tech industry where she held different leadership positions.
Marion completed a 154-hour Accredited Coach Training Programme with the Performance Solution and received her Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University. She holds a Master in Management from Kedge Business School. In parallel with her work, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2021.

Karen Hayes is a bold, heart-led coach, trainer, and mentor coach who supports soulful professionals, wellness practitioners, and emerging coaches to step into their confidence, reclaim their voice, and do work that truly matters. She is passionate about training and mentoring trainee coaches, and about developing the next generation of impactful practitioners through ICF-accredited programmes.
Karen is an ICF PCC-credentialed coach with over 1,300 hours of coaching experience, working internationally across startups, multinationals, SMEs, and grassroots initiatives. She co-founded Connect-A-Coach, an award-winning initiative that provided free coaching to frontline workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, and is currently training as a coach supervisor. She also holds professional qualifications in coaching, training delivery, and work-based learning, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD).

Clara Whitaker is an experienced leadership, executive, life, and career coach with over 2,500 hours of coaching practice. She is an ICF PCC-credentialed coach and a Clinical Psychologist, with nearly 30 years of experience in people development across a wide range of professional and organisational contexts. Her work is informed by deep multicultural fluency, shaped by living and working across multiple countries and engaging with diverse perspectives, cultures, and systems.

Jessica is an experienced holistic leadership coach, trainer, mentor and coaching supervisor. She supports thoughtful, multicultural professionals in reclaiming their voice, worth, and purpose so they can live and lead a life that feels like home. Her work centers on leadership development, resilience, and emotional agility—blending neuroscience, somatic coaching, and behavioral psychology to support meaningful, sustainable change.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2017 and PCC-accredited through the International Coaching Federation, Jess also holds certifications in Applied Neuroscience, Hogan Assessments, and Emotional Intelligence (Daniel Goleman’s Foundational and Relational Skills). Her background spans France, Ireland, and Canada, working across corporate, nonprofit, and multicultural contexts. She’s currently completing an Embodiment Coaching Certification.
