Yes the course is enough to practice as a coach. The ICF accreditation is not mandatory. However we strongly encourage coaches to aim for an ICF accreditation, which validates your training and experience and is highly recognised.

Beyond attending the live classes, you will be asked to:

  • Practice advanced coaching with your own clients, keep track of these coaching hours, and provide a detailed reflective log which you will discuss with the trainer in a 1:1 session,
  • Create a peer group with fellow participants to create an ongoing support beyond the classes,
  • Answer some post-training questions that will enable you to close this training experience in a way that supports your ongoing development.
