Marion is an experienced ICF PCC-credentialed coach, mentor coach and coaching supervisor. She has a keen interest in coaching psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based models. Prior to becoming a professional coach and trainer, she worked for 7 years in the tech industry where she held different leadership positions.
Marion completed a 154-hour Accredited Coach Training Programme with the Performance Solution and received her Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University. She holds a Master in Management from Kedge Business School. In parallel with her work, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2021.
Jessica is an experienced holistic leadership coach, trainer, mentor and coaching supervisor. She supports thoughtful, multicultural professionals in reclaiming their voice, worth, and purpose so they can live and lead a life that feels like home. Her work centers on leadership development, resilience, and emotional agility—blending neuroscience, somatic coaching, and behavioral psychology to support meaningful, sustainable change.
A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) since 2017 and PCC-accredited through the International Coaching Federation, Jess also holds certifications in Applied Neuroscience, Hogan Assessments, and Emotional Intelligence (Daniel Goleman’s Foundational and Relational Skills). Her background spans France, Ireland, and Canada, working across corporate, nonprofit, and multicultural contexts. She’s currently completing an Embodiment Coaching Certification.
Kate is an ICF PCC credentialed coach who has completed over 1,500 hours of coaching. She loves to coach with a focus on values, purpose, resilience and authenticity, using somatic techniques. Prior to training as a coach, Kate worked for many years supporting teams in digital product, design and tech.Kate trained with Barefoot Coaching in Business & Personal Coaching, receiving a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Chester. She is a Resilience Engine® Accredited Practitioner and has trained with Coaching Constellations, amongst others. She is also trained as a Coach Supervisor with the Coaching Supervision Academy.
Lucy Chaplin is a highly experienced coach who works with leaders globally, helping them become more strategic, confident and resilient so they can inspire their teams and magnify their impact. She has a flexible and tailored approach to coaching, using techniques from positive psychology, Strengths-based coaching, NLP, CBT, and Systemic Coaching. She’s always been passionate about helping others achieve more than they thought possible and before becoming a coach, she worked in recruitment and education.
Nicola is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Accredited Coach (ICF PPC, EMCC Senior Practitioner) and Registered Supervisor. She practices using research-based coaching psychology and positive psychology interventions and possesses a keen interest in strengths-based approaches. Before becoming a professional coach and trainer, Nicola was a senior leader in education for 15 years.
Nicola holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, where she graduated with distinction. She continued her studies in both areas; becoming a Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner, a Certified Facilitator in using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®for Positive Psychology, and one of the first participants to undertake BPS professional recognition route to become a Chartered Coaching Psychologist. She is now a BPS Associate Fellow and an Accredited Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
