As an alumni you will always have lifetime access to the learning platform we built for you.
On the first day of your training you will be given the logins to your account. Once on the platform you will be able to access the recorded videos and information about the course, but you will also find tips on starting a coaching business, coaching tools to download, books & podcast recommendations, information on the ICF accreditation, etc.
Connecting coaches together is very important to us. Many coaches work on their own, but it doesn’t have to feel lonely. Our community hosted on Mighty Networks is there to offer a space where students and alumni share articles, ask questions, and support each other.
On the Members tab you can easily see a directory of everyone so you can connect with coaches in your area.
You will be able to rewatch the videos recorded for the course for two years after your last class.
If you want a refresher on a competency or a model, or you want to rewatch a coaching demo, you will be able to do so from the learning platform.
Coaching circles are organised on a regular basis and are another opportunity to learn from each other and meet new coaches. These are 1 to 1.5-hour conversation around a specific topic decided in advance. This is an informal conversation between coaches facilitated by a member of the Institute.
Some of the topics we already covered: launching a coaching business, using and creating tools in coaching, internal coaching.
Alongside coaching circles, we organise free group mentor coaching sessions as well.
Each group mentor coaching lasts 1.5-hour. An alumni or a coach trainer/mentor of the Institute will do a live demo of a coaching session with a participant of the call while the other observe. A conversation will then ensue to discuss the coaching competencies demonstrated or not during the session.
These sessions can count towards your ICF accredited renewals as continuing professional education.
Every two months we organise a new round of peer coaching for all students and alumni who want to accrue some paid coaching hours and practice with a new client. We try to mix the matches as much as possible to coaches can coach new people every time.
We recently announced the launch of an affiliate programme solely for students, graduates and the Institute’s staff.
By being an affiliate, you will earn a commission every time someone you referred enrols in one of our programmes and successfully finishes the live classes.
As of June 2023, this commission is €500 per referral. You read that right! We will pay you €500 per client you refer to us.
