The Cognitive Behavioural Coaching Micro-certification has been approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and granted the Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation.
Upon successful completion of the two-day programme, you will receive 13 ICF CCE credits (10 in Core Competencies and 3 in Resource Development).

Participants practice coaching with each other to make the course as practical as possible with two 30-minute coaching sessions.
You will engage in group discussions, short activities, and you will also watch the trainer demonstrate a CBC session.

The training covers both the theoretical and practical aspects the cognitive behavioural coaching. The course is online but highly interactive.
The trainer will share a few slides at a time to talk about a concept and a model with practical examples. The group will have the opportunity to discuss this and practice with each other.
At the end of both days, participants will coach each other for 30 minutes to apply the learning.
