MORE ABOUT THE MICRO-CERTIFICATION

The course is delivered in English.

This micro-certification is for qualified and experienced coaches who already have a solid foundation of coaching practice.

It is for coaches who have either:

  • Received an ICF or EMCC credential,
  • Completed a minimum of 60+ hours of coaching education,
  • Or have extensive coaching experience (3+ years).

The training covers both the theoretical and practical aspects the cognitive behavioural coaching. The course is online but highly interactice.

The trainer will share a few slides at a time to talk about a concept and a model with practical examples. The group will have the opportunity to discuss this and practice with each other.

At the end of both days, participants will coach each other for 30 minutes to apply the learning.

Yes, the certificate you will receive afterwards will be for 13 hours of coaching education which you can use for your credential renewal.

We have started the ICF accreditation process to have the micro-certification accredited as a CCE course. If granted, you will be able to receive 13 CCE
