Love it , The life coaching course was absolutely excellent! The structure was well-organized and the support was continuous. I truly appreciated how accommodating and patient they were, which was incredibly helpful for me as someone with ADHD. I felt supported throughout the entire journey.

To date I have done two trainings with the Institute of Coaching Studies, the first being the ICF Level 1 training and I know that the structure, teaching approach and practice sessions set me up to be a good coach.More recently, just a few days ago, I completed the Micro-cert in Somatic Coaching and I highly recommend it. What I found valuable was the comprehensive workbook, the focus on both the coach and the client, the practice sessions and the embodied approach. The structure of it makes learning easy. It is a 5 star course. Thank you Institute of Coaching Studies for helping me grow as a coach.

Words alone can’t do justice to the value of the education and support that I received from the institute. Although I completed a Level 1 certification, the training I received went beyond the ACC level and truly helped me go deeper into more transformational coaching- I truly learned to coach the person and not the problem.Marion and Lucy were excellent role models and teachers - warm, supportive and nurturing - exactly what you would hope for from an educational setting. I also appreciated the small class size during the live sessions, which helped make learning more personalized and intimate. I made some great connections and still keep in touch with some of my cohorts, almost 2 years after completing the live sessions. The mentorship experience was wonderful and Jessica created a really safe learning space. I took away many tidbits from those sessions, which have helped me become a stronger coach. All in all, I would 10/10 recommend this institute and will definitely return in the future for continuing education or furthering my coach training.

The CCE CBC training was a professionally delivered training, with great support materials, a lot of peer practice in break out rooms and a great instructor: an experienced coaching psychologist. The training days are well structured so the whole day training doesn't feel overwhelming. It was all backed by scientific research.

I have recently been mentored by Marion Tilly as part of my ICF accreditation renewal. She was really outstanding; insightful, pragmatic and supportive whilst also being honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her either as a mentor or as a supervisor. Thank you Marion!

The quality, value, and support they provide are incomparable! Before taking the course, I thoroughly researched the available options. I can tell you that they are the best, from beginning to end!

If you want to be set on the path to become a great coach then the Institute of Coaching Studies is the place to study with to become that. I am very grateful that I did my certificate in coaching with them. I really like how they structured the sessions to get the most out of becoming a coach, and embedding the ICF ethics and standards within it. I valued the mix of theory and practical sessions each week. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of training as a coach. In particular I liked that the class sizes are capped to 8 participants, that the content is structured in a way that supported my growth as a coach and the numerous great resources we received.

I participated in 10 hours of online mentor coaching to renew my ICF ACC certificate. 7 hours were held in a small group and 3 hours one on one. Marion talked us through the core competences in an interesting way, using concrete examples and involving us all along. We coached each other live, discussing together what went well and what could be developed. There was ample opportunity to raise questions. Marion is not only an extremely competent coach, she also knows how to make people feel comfortable and open up. The one-on-one meetings were based on coaching samples sent in beforehand and formed an excellent opportunity to address individual aspects of coaching. Thank you for the great learning, Marion!

I recently completed 10 hours of mentor coaching with the Institute of Coaching Studies. They were responsive and helpful, quickly enabling me to decide on choosing them. The program was clear, concise and relevant to my needs and I managed to finish it in the shortest amount of time with their guidance. Marion is a knowledgeable and insightful mentor coach and an absolute delight to work with!

I enjoyed this course so much! Even before I enrolled, they were so supportive and made time to go through any questions I had. The course was well organised and the training itself was well paced and designed in a way to quickly build trust and get us working together as a group. Highly recommended!

Taking this coaching training course was a wonderful experience for me. The trainer was very experienced and the content was well organized. Even the slides were well designed. I really liked this course, not only gaining the knowledge about coaching, but also having some hands-on coaching experiences. And the online platform is super helpful, a lot of useful materials and resources.

Would 100% recommend. Both, Jessica and Marion are great personalities and coaches. The whole training was an experience I don't want to miss. Loved the atmosphere that was created in our classes. The content was practical and yet, very professionally curated. Thank you!

I highly recommend Institute of Coaching Studies. At the time of my course, Marion was the sole instructor. From the very beginning, she set an atmosphere of trust, support, and professionalism while providing first class instruction. In addition, she consistently made each online class relevant, personable as well as a captivating experience. With an outstanding ability at giving clear, constructive, and supportive feedback Marion made the coaching certification course a highly motivating learning experience allowing me to finish the course feeling very well equipped as well as confident in my skills as a new coach. Since completing the course, I have had the opportunity to communicate with Jessica and Flavia through our coach community and find both very approachable and supportive. Thank you all!

Perhaps the most impactful personal growth I've experienced in years. After extensive research I chose the Certificate in Professional Coaching programme from the Institute of Coaching Studies because the method of delivery of the course best fitted my needs; small class sizes with the learning and practice delivered over the right timescale...The learning experience was intense: consistently challenging my comfort zone in different ways in a safe, supportive environment. Jessica was a fantastic coach and educator who role-modeled everything she was teaching throughout the course. Seeing & experiencing skills and behaviours role-modeled is even more valuable than the excellent materials.I have no reservations in recommending the Institute to anyone who wants to help others through coaching and is ready to step out of their comfort-zone and grow.

It was an absolute pleasure to do the professional coaching skills programme with Institute of Coaching Studies. It took me some time when selecting the course and I could not have made a better choice to start my path as a coach with a professional like Marion.

Taking the ICF accredited course at The Institute of Coaching Studies was a significant event in my career. By expanding my skill base outside pure therapy into coaching taught me techniques I now employ throughout my practice. Simultaneously fascinating, challenging and rewarding, I learnt all I needed and more for my application to the ICF for accreditation. Marion teaches, mentors and coaches her students in an engaging way that makes me want to pursue my coaching development with her Institute with the next level programme. I also have to say that the other people on the course were really great and I learnt a lot from them too.

I opted for both the Professional Skills Certification and Advanced Diploma and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The small classes made it easy to connect with others in the group plus this allowed enough time to discuss the various theories, tools and foundations for a solid understanding. As for content, the included handbooks were clear, concise and organised. Other big pluses included having access to resources online and a dedicated network for other students to continue making connections, ask questions and share content beyond the course.Marion, who facilitated the classes, is incredibly knowledgeable and created a warm but engaging atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to get involved. Her insightful feedback has been invaluable for my growth as a coach. The course overall has not only blown my mind with the possibilities of coaching but it’s also been a wonderful personal journey of discovery about myself too.I would highly recommend, not only if you want to become an accredited coach, but if you want to learn more about yourself, how to connect with others and practice effective communication, as examples.I not only have the confidence to begin my career as a coach but have access to an array of tools and wonderful connections to help in my growth as a person.

I was looking for a professional coaching training and I made the right decision by choosing this one among all the other online. Marion is very knowledgeable and kind. Her teaching goes step by step to make you feel more and more confident in coaching. The coaching training (via Zoom) is a combination of learning the coaching principles and practice with others. We were in a small group which which was perfect to learn quickly, ask questions and get constructive feedback. I highly recommend! Thank you again Marion for your support and guidance throughout the course and after.

I think Marion is excellent. That's it. That's the review.Excellent instruction. Excellent resource. Excellent value for money. Excellent sessions. My experience as part of the March 21 cohort has been educational, eye-opening, enriching. My co-coaches and I developed exponentially over the course of the sessions - I personally saw dramatic change after just session 1 (worth noting here, I was coaching professionally for 6 years prior to seeking my ICF Accreditation). The course is mercifully expedient whilst covering all the ground required in order to go on and get the ACC.I have already recommended the Institute of Coaching Studies to a number of people and will continue to do so because I think it's great. I will be seeking out the coveted PCC accreditation in a year or two so I will definitely be coming back for the advanced course.Seriously, if you're thinking of doing this, do it. You won't regret it.

I came into the program with no previous experience and not sure what to expect. What I discovered was a very hands on and practical learning environment that gave me a great opportunity to learn all of the theory and models and put them into use in the same day. This is a great place to start or continue your coach education and training.

Brilliant Life Coaching ICF accredited course. Marion was an amazing tutor, who always had an answer to all our questions. The course was full of extremely useful information but also fun and interactive so that everyone had an opportunity to practice their coaching skills. It’s the best I could do for myself to invest in this course to start my life coaching journey with some solid foundations to build on. 5 stars for me!!!

I would highly recommend this training. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the course. Marion is an excellent and knowledgeable teacher and the classes were relaxed and yet informative. The learning I gained was second to none and I was grateful of the opportunity to apply theory into coaching practice throughout the course. I searched many trainings before deciding on this one and I definitely made the right choice!I am confident to expand my work after completing this training- Thank you :)

I want to say thank you for helping me become a great coach. The knowledge and experience I gained during the coaching program were priceless. It was very informative, practical, and insightful. I feel very confident and empowered to continue my coaching journey. Highly recommended!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my coaching experience with The Reflective Mind /Institute of Coaching Studies. Marion Tilly is a wonderfully patient and knowledgeable coach, her model for teaching is thorough and easy to navigate. As well as useful guidance on the ICF there are plenty of tools to study that make wonderful resources. The live sessions work particularly well as they are straight forward with structured content and offer a full explanation of how to use the tools and how ICF coaching works. I especially enjoyed working in small interactive groups learning by sharing information, asking questions and testing knowledge gained through observed coaching. I would totally recommend this course to anyone looking to up level their qualifications in this area. I'm sad to finish working together but very much looking forward to signing up for Marion's supervision services soon!
