This micro-certification is delivered across four interactive half-days and is designed to move you from understanding the foundations of group coaching to designing, facilitating, and marketing your own group coaching programmes.
The programme follows a structured, practice-led approach that helps you integrate group coaching tools and frameworks into your existing practice. By the end of the course, you will have confidence facilitating groups, a stronger understanding of how to manage diverse group dynamics, and practical strategies for designing impactful group coaching programmes. You will leave with a clear roadmap for delivering group coaching sessions. Your learning will translate into tangible outcomes for your clients and your practice.

This part of the programme deepens your understanding of how groups function and what is required of the coach to hold the space effectively. You’ll explore relevant psychological theories and adapt core coaching competencies to the group context.
You’ll move into the design phase, learning how to intentionally structure group coaching programmes while remaining responsive to what emerges in the group.
Participants have the opportunity to start designing or refining their own group coaching programme.
