The Institute of Coaching Studies is making available to anyone one of the recordings of our quarterly ICF ACC Exam study groups.

We have seen how daunting taking such exam can be, so we wanted to offer this space for anyone who feels the need to prepare it further. We’ve prepared a few scenarios similar to the ones you will encounter in the exam. We’ll debrief the answers and what we think the ICF is expecting from you.

ABOUT THE HOST

Marion Tilly is an experienced ICF PCC-credentialed coach, mentor coach and coach supervisor who has completed over 2,000 hours of coaching. She is the founder and Director of Education of the Institute of Coaching Studies.

Marion has trained and mentored over 100 coaches, and is passionate about helping people successfully transition to a career in coaching. She has a keen interest in coaching psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based coaching.

Prior to becoming a professional coach and trainer, Marion worked for 7 years in the tech industry where she held different leadership positions.

Marion talked us through the core competences in an interesting way, using concrete examples and involving us all along.
