Get resources to develop your practice
Participants will observe several somatic coaching conversations between a coach and a client.
You will also practice coaching with each other to make the course as practical as possible, whether it is through short practices or full coaching sessions.
You will engage in group discussions and short activities to fully incorporate somatic coaching into your approach.

The training covers both the theoretical and practical aspects of the somatic approach. The course is online but highly interactive.
The trainer will share a few slides at a time to talk about a concept or a model with practical examples. The group will have the opportunity to discuss this and practice with each other.
At the end of both days, participants will coach each other to apply the learning.
