The Transactional Analysis Micro-certification has been approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and granted the Continuing Coach Education (CCE) accreditation.
Upon successful completion of the two-day programme, you will receive 13 ICF CCE credits (9 in Core Competencies and 4 in Resource Development).

Participants will practice coaching with two 30-minute coaching sessions.
You will also engage in group discussions and short activities to explore the TA interventions you can use in your sessions and for your own self-reflection.

The training covers the main concepts of Transactional Analysis and how they apply to coaching. The course is online but highly interactive.
The trainer will share a few slides at a time to explain a TA concept that applies to coaching. The group will then have the opportunity to discuss it and practice with each other.
At the end of both days, participants will coach each other to anchor the learning.
